Urologic Surgery
The vascular surgery services provided by the Adirondack Surgical Group include full evaluation of vascular diseases using office-based ultrasound and hemodynamic testing.  Additional testing with CT scanning, MRI, and angiography is available as needed on the same campus at the Adirondack Medical Center.

We offer treatment of symptomatic varicose veins with surgical and laser treatments in the office.  Free consultation for the cosmetic removal of unsightly varicose veins with sclerotherapy is also available.

In-patient management of abdominal aortic disease, such as aneurysms, is offered along with both endovascular and bypass treatment options for peripheral arterial disease.  Carotid artery surgery to reduce the risk of stroke is routinely performed as a single night admission.  Finally, we offer treatment of kidney artery narrowing and, in cases of kidney failure, access for hemodialysis.
